Stage Presence for Leaders

What would change for your organization if your leaders — emerging and established — delivered impactful presentations, every time?

Crispin Spaeth Coaching offers training in Integrative Alexander Technique applied directly to the demands of presenting in any environment —
on stage, on camera, and in the conference room.

Could your leaders be secretly craving higher confidence?

They may be thinking:

  • I’m an introvert, but I know I have to do this speaking thing.

  • I know I look stiff onstage because people tell me. What should I do with my hands?

  • I’m pretty sure nobody listens when I talk. How can I engage my audience more?

  • How can I present technical material without sounding like a robot?

Stage Presence for Leaders is for emerging and established leaders who:

  • Want to up their game when presenting in-person and on camera

  • Know their leadership relies on creating trust with, and inspiring, internal and external audiences

  • Are open to new skills that will help them be the very best speaker and leader they can be

Empower your leaders with the untapped skill that turns good presenters into great presenters.

The difference is movement.

Including movement as part of your communication toolbox presents an untapped opportunity for presenters.

At Crispin Spaeth Coaching, we start all of our trainings with an introduction to Integrative Alexander Technique (IAT), an approach to movement that is often taught in elite actor training programs.

When leaders use IAT to improve their speaking skills, they are able to:

  • Improve their vocal expression and energy

  • Be intentional with movement expression that matches their material

  • Keep audiences engaged with even the most technical information

  • Adapt to change if something goes off course

A little science, a little art, and a lot of humanity.

By learning to understand their physiological responses to new or intimidating things, and by playing with curiosity rather than perfection, your leaders will develop an unshakable foundation that will allow them to develop their own dynamic and engaging performance style.

No need to fake it ‘til you make it!

Stage presence is a skill that can be learned. Empower your leaders to present with nuance, personality, and confidence.

Meetings and events are expensive, and your audience’s attention is priceless. Don’t waste a moment onstage with a lackluster or confusing performance.
