The Intentional Movement in the Workplace workshop includes:
90-minute group class, allowing for shared knowledge and team-building. This group training is designed to maximize learning thanks to mirror neurons, which help us learn so much from each other.
2.5 hours of small group coaching, to carry ideas into specific action. These sessions are a time to address specific movement questions relevant to each team member’s work.

Crispin Spaeth is a Movement and Performance Coach with a speciality in Integrative Alexander Technique (IAT.)
IAT supports embodied communication, helping clients to manage their physicality and nervous system for every-day and high-stakes communication. Crispin’s whole-self approach helps people notice and move past their own self-limiting blockers, which in turn enhances their creativity, authenticity, and ability to connect.
